These terms apply to everything you buy from this website. Please read them before you order.

What we sell

Giclée prints, mounted prints and A5 cards of the late Ron Davidson’s watercolours. Prints are faithfully reproduced from the original paintings, but every screen shows colour a little differently, so there may be slight differences. Frames aren’t included. Original paintings aren’t sold through the website.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling, and the delivery cost is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. If we’ve made an obvious mistake with a price, we’ll contact you before we send anything.

Your order

When you place an order we’ll email you to confirm it, and that’s when our contract with you begins. If we can’t supply something, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Most unmounted prints are sent within 7 days and mounted prints within 21 days, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Mounted prints, cards and calendars can only be sent to UK addresses; unmounted prints can go to most countries. Costs and details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason, from when you place it until 14 days after you receive it (or after the last item arrives, if it comes in more than one parcel). Just tell us by email or post. You can use the cancellation form on our Delivery & Returns page, but you don’t have to.

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless they’re faulty or damaged. We’ll refund you, including the original standard delivery if you return the whole order, within 14 days of getting the items back or of you showing us proof of posting, whichever is sooner. If we haven’t posted your order yet, we’ll refund you within 14 days of you telling us.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please tell us as soon as you can, with photos if possible. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a refund, and cover the return postage.

Copyright

The paintings and images on this website are the copyright of Ron Davidson’s family. Buying a print or card gives you the print or card, not the right to copy or reproduce it.

Every order supports the Great North Air Ambulance Service (registered charity no. 1092204), the charity Ron chose to support, under an agreement between the family and the charity.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
