You pay one postage charge per order, at the rate for the dearest item: a print and some cards, for example, is £5.95 in total. Everything goes by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after posting. Prints are made to order, which is why they take a few days.
Need something by a certain date? Please contact us before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Overseas delivery
We can send unmounted prints to most countries, rolled in a tube, for £26.95 per order. Please allow up to 28 days. Mounted prints, cards and calendars can only be sent to UK addresses (for now, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man count as overseas).
For the USA, import duties are included in our postage. Other countries may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives, which is paid by you.
Tracking
If you’d like to check on your order once it’s been posted, just get in touch.
If it arrives damaged
Please email us at see our Contact page as soon as you can, with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging, and keep the packaging until it’s sorted out. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, and cover any return postage.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel for any reason until 14 days after your order arrives. Tell us by email at see our Contact page or by post, then send the items back within 14 days to see our Contact page. Pack them well, ideally in the original tube or box. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- If we haven’t posted your order yet: we refund you within 14 days of you telling us.
- If you’re sending it back: we refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us proof of posting, whichever is sooner. If you return the whole order, we refund the original postage too.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
