Common Questions About Ordering

  • Every painting is available as a Giclée print in A4, A3 or A2, either unmounted or mounted ready to frame (frames aren’t included). Every painting is also available as an A5 Giclée card for £4.25.

  • Each print is faithfully reproduced from one of Ron’s original watercolours using the Giclée process, with pigment inks on heavyweight, archival acid-free paper, so the colours stay true and resist fading. Mounted prints are mounted on archival Canson acid-free board with archival-quality mounts and backs. Looked after properly, a print can be expected to last 80 years or more.

  • Most unmounted prints are sent within 7 days by Royal Mail Tracked 24; if yours will take longer, we’ll let you know. Mounted prints take longer, so please allow up to 21 days for mounting and delivery. If you need something urgently, get in touch before you order and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Yes, unmounted prints can be sent to most countries, rolled in a tube, for one flat delivery charge of £26.95. Please allow up to 28 days. Mounted prints, cards and calendars are UK only.

  • To be safe, please order prints and cards by 7 December and mounted prints by 24 November. For a print going overseas, order by 14 November.

  • Original paintings aren’t listed for sale directly, but are available on request. Contact us to ask about a specific piece.

  • Every order supports GNAAS, the charity Ron chose to support during his life, under an agreement between the family and the charity.
